Metalform has 2 CNC press brakes. A new Trumpf 1300 and a Dye 200.
The Trumpf 1300 CNC controlled brake press features programmable pressing speed, back gauge and sequential folding with unlimited steps available. The back gauge is a 6-axis CNC controlled system which ensures maximum productivity and part accuracy.
The V1300 press can fold from 0.55mm sheet up to 10mm steel.
Programming is integrated with our 3D modelling software and is simulated “on screen” which decreases setup time and folding sequence errors.
Our tooling library includes; straight knives, offset knives, various radius bars, Z tooling and hinge tooling.
